Who can play paintball?
Anyone between 8 year and 11 years old can play paintball at Gunsmoke Paintball Splatmaster Kids. You will need to have parental consent and an adult must be in attendance on site.
What do I need to wear?
You can wear your usual clothes however we do recommend suitable outdoor footwear and to bear in mind that as we are an outdoor activity venue then you may get a little dirty during the course of the paintball games. The low impact paintballs are non-toxic and biodegradeable and will wash off with water.
How long is a session?
Each session is 1 hour duration and you play 4 games (more if time permits):
– Band of brothers (where you collect the armbands of the opposing team – most armbands wins)
– Supply Drop (capture the fuel drums in the woods)
– Silo Team Deathmatch (annihilate the opposition)
– Duel (team with the most buzzer time wins)
What protective equipment is used?
All players are given a safety briefing before being allowed to play and each player is equipped with Vforce thermal goggles and an Armoured chest protector.
What happens if I run out of paintballs or have a problem with my marker during the game?
The marshalls will be carrying spare markers and plenty of paint so please do not worry if you have a problem as we aim to get you back in the game immediately if you run out of paint or in the event of have a problem with the marker.
What is the minimum group size?
The minimum group size for booking is 10 players and the maximum is 20 players (at present).
When do you have to pay?
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. £20 per player and this includes hire of the equipment and unlimited paintballs for your session.
Is food supplied?
Food is not supplied although we do have vending machines for snacks and cold drinks along with full catering facilities in our purpose built safe area.
